One reason I love Apple so much is for its simplicity. There’s no need to have a computer science degree to figure stuff out that is unless of course, you want to dive into the backbones of applications or hardware. Nevertheless, Iphoto is an example of that – pure and simple. Instead of trying to fiddle with the kiosk at your local one hour photo or Walmart, you can make simple greeting cards with just a few clicks of your mouse.
Go to your Iphoto Library and pick a picture that you would love to share with a friend or family member, and click on CARD to get started.

If only this bridge in Central Park was covered in snow, it would’ve made a perfect Christmas Greeting Card. However, it is still a beautiful site and would also make a good postcard or picture card.

When you choose a theme, you’ll be taken to another screen with your general layout. From here you can adjust your picture by clicking on it. Scroll to the right to zoom in and scroll to the left to zoom out.

Depending on the theme, you may get a good selection of backgrounds to choose from as well as design formats. However ,with the picture theme, only two choices are available for both background and design

Choose vertical or horizontal based on your preferences.
To change the font size and style of your greeting card text, simply click on settings make your changes and click OK.

If that isn’t the simplest way to make a greeting card I don’t know what is! Before you buy though, make sure you open up an apple account. It’s free! You’ll get an instant price quote for your card once you click on BUY CARD. This card would cost $1.99
